Truth in Society: Getting Started.

The very first thing i learned was that Aquinas was not the heterogeneous mixture of English Lit., Journalism, and Religious Studies, but it was the homogeneous mixture. Although we have yet to move towards specializing in these three classes, i have already learned quite a bit.
The main thing I learned was that should probably attend class regularly, and when I do attend to be on time. No, my mother did not tell me this, nor did any of my professors, but I believe that if I stick by this I should be alright. Also, as a reminder: the bus comes at 25 and 55 of each hour. Get there a few extra minutes early or the bus will be too crowded.
Opinion: up until this point in many of our lives we were not really allowed to have an opinion. We thought what we thought because it is what we were taught. We did not come to conclusions ourselves, but were told how things should be by teachers and family members. We never really got to figure things out on our own.
Like the bus thing. All throughout High School I missed the bus. Almost every day. BUT there was always someone with a car who could drive me to school. I'd be there on time; no worries. However, now if i miss the bus.. well that sucks. Looks like I'll have a fun time walking to class.
I probably can not say a whole lot more about what i have learned, for i have only been at two full classes, which I'm starting to get mad at myself for missing other days. I really enjoy my Truth in Society class so far, and i think that the more days attended the better. It's not like high school. All parts of this class make me the teeny tiny wheels in my brain move, squeaky as they may be.
From Truth in Society so far, I can summarize what i have learned, which is more of my opinion of what I am learning: I like to have my own thoughts.
