February 9-11

It's nice to know that I know how to do the work that we are doing now for Aquinas. There have been a lot of weeks where I am unsure if what I have done is right or not because I generally don't get any feedback on my work, and there is no real marking system. This week though there have been other people that I have spoken with who have either done the work correctly or swung and missed, and from seeing their work I have learned that I have been doing an alright job.

Other than that I haven't really learned a whole lot this week, and I fear that these good old learning journals are going to be a bit short these next few weeks. Right now we are not really working on the learning process but setting ourselves up to learn, which is a much different approach than I am used to. And this annotated bibliography thing.. totally new to me. Up until this past week I always thought the bibliography was to be done last, or at least while working on the project, but for feasibility studies, I have learned, it is necessary for the bibliography to be done first.

I learned about the few proposals I hadn't heard of before like the Electric Kool-Aid Acid tests, and the Mennonites. I also learned more about the event that I am working on for the feasibility study: Little Rock Nine, but that's about it. Hopefully next week will have some more learning!
